if you could pls tell me where exactly you went in Indo, what time of year would be best and at what places you suggest i stay. looking for a budget type trip with more focus on surfing than luxury resorts.

i also went on a boat trip – ask for doggy the man – he is the recruiter for boat trips in that area, i am sure there are other recruiters too – they take u from sanur on the west coast to nusa lemboggan which has some fun waves – shipwrecks being the best – then everyone meets up on the boat and u head out to lombok for desert point which is so sick, then to sumbawa for scar reef, supersuck (best waves of my life), and yoyo’s (a sick right in a beautiful big bay).

hey. i landed in kuta s does everyone. immediately went doen to the bukit peninsula bingin, padang padang and uluwatu – there are plenty cheap places to stay – called losmens. bingin is cool. catch a taxi down to there and then once u down there rent a moped to travel to the various spots down there.
