This is the second Samsung TV I have bought and I love it! I was so happy with the 46″ I bought that I purchased this one for my bedroom. It is clear, sharp, and the design is sleek.

Needed new tv for kitchen. This set fit the bill perfectly. Good picture. Good remote. Highly recommended.

Well if you want to buy this to hook up to a home theater system and don’t care that buy itself it has really bad sound then there should be no problems. My TV had a problem with the screen and so it was sent back but i don’t suppose that is a usual problem so i wouldn’t let that bother you.

Bought this tv and had it at home for 31 days before it developed a solid yellow vertical line. I Called Samsung and they told me to bring it to the official repair shop. After 2 weeks I called the shop – the tech is out the part is on order. A couple weeks later I called the shop – the tech is out the part is on order. A week later I called Samsung and they were shocked – shocked I tell you – to hear the shop had the set so long. they called the shop and later that day the shop called me. They forgot to order the part – ha ha ha! The TV had now been in the shop longer than it was in my home. They asked me if I was willing to wait for the part which should take less time than an exhange…I should have gone for the exchange, but I let them order the part. Now it is two weeks and a day later for a total of about 7 weeks and I called Samsung again. They called the shop and learned that it was repaired 8 days ago and they didn’t call me because they only call on saturdays (ha ha ha) and the Magical “caller” guy was out. What a disaster. I kind of expect the tv to develop other problems now just so I can have the joy of taking it back to this shop….yippeeeee…whatever you do, do not buy Samsung.

The TV comes with a sticker on the front. I have 3 Samsung TV’s. All three came with a sticker on the front; however, this last one caused a problem. The first two stickers came right off with no residue left on the TV. The third sticker’s glue stayed on the TV frame when the sticker was removed. I used all approved solutions to remove the glue from the frame, but it still lacked the shine and factory finished look as the rest of the frame. Really, I used all the solutions and this was really stuck on the frame. It may have been the heat from the delivery truck that caused the problem, but still, why put a sticker on the front of the TV. Just an risk that could be avoided. I am dealing with customer service now. I will post again with the result. Let’s see if they do the right thing.
