I thought I was getting a great TV. Wow, was I wrong. About a month ago, the screen went blank and all I had was the audio. I called Samsung and they contacted some fly by night TV shop to fix the problem. Guess what, the problem is still there and the TV shop damaged the TV. Samsung doesn't want to know anything about the damage. They are not standing behind the TV. From now on, it is Sony all the way. I am very surprised about Samsung but I have heard other stories like mine and the initial problem with the screen going blank is a problem they have been having with many of their models.
