Surfing Rules Fundamentals
Surfing is a water sport in which the surfer using a water board is able to slide over the water along the breaking wave. It is a sport of ultimate enjoyment riding over the water surface. These are generally seen on the sea or ocean surface where the wave breaks hardly. Though it is very much interesting but is too much risky involving fear of drowning and severe collision.

So for that you first need to know the basics of surfing and need to study the wave characteristics. With little care and attention we can put dead and injuries to the extreme limits. Watching the ocean carefully before going on surf is the sign of a good surfer.
You need to have an idea of the water current and undertows and keep a track of direction of flow of wind and swells. Swells are formed due to low pressure created over the sea. Low pressure means bigger waves and if you are not so much experienced never go for surf. Never try to invade danger by paddling swimming against the rip or current.
Also notice the span of tides. High tides mean high waves and low means shallower waves. It is recommended for a newcomer to have a ride during low tides as it indulges fewer risks. Always remain in your limits and never go deep into the sea.

Always keep an eye on breaking waves and try to surf with someone. Avoid being alone. Again the height of a wave depends on its breaking place. Wakes breaking near the reefs creates plunging waves called barrels while sand breaking waves are easier for a beginner. Surfing is done for generally two purposes, one for fun and enjoyment and other during competitions. Both need a routine to be healthy.
You need to know the correct styles, timing and position while surfing. It is recommended that you consult a trainer and get informed about the behavior of the sea. Have patience, be aware and respect the Mother Nature. Learn the basics and enjoy the ride. Don’t let your fun be your enemy.
